THE GARDENS ARE FREE most of the year - 800 hectares of Le Nôtre, and you can walk in without a palace ticket. On MUSICAL FOUNTAIN DAYS, weekends and some weekdays from April to October, they are ticketed. The fountains only run during the shows; the rest of the time they are still.
