FREE. Baga, Calangute, Anjuna and Arambol - busy, developed and where the nightlife is. THE BEACH SHACKS ARE DISMANTLED FOR THE MONSOON and rebuilt each October, so from June to September the beaches are empty, wild and largely without facilities. SWIMMING IS DANGEROUS IN THE MONSOON and drownings are frequent.
