One of the better chances of seeing a wild tiger in India, in a park built around a tenth-century fort. THE PARK CLOSES FOR THE MONSOON, roughly July to September. Safaris are by allocated zone and vehicle type and MUST BE BOOKED WEEKS AHEAD; sightings are never guaranteed and morning drives are better than afternoon.
