What to know

A spring temple where Balinese Hindus have bathed under the spouts for purification since 962. VISITORS MAY TAKE PART BUT IT IS A RELIGIOUS RITE, NOT AN ATTRACTION - there is an order to the spouts, two are reserved for funerary rites and must be skipped, and a proper sarong for bathing is required. Go early or the queue in the water is long.
