Among the best diving and snorkelling in Thailand - granite boulders, clear water and reef in good condition. THE ENTIRE PARK CLOSES FROM ROUGHLY 16 MAY TO 14 OCTOBER EVERY YEAR for the monsoon and to let the reef recover, and that closure is absolute. OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED and daily visitor numbers are capped. DUAL PRICING: the foreigner rate is posted separately from the Thai rate and is commonly five to ten times higher.
