The sumo district. TOURNAMENTS RUN IN TOKYO ONLY IN JANUARY, MAY AND SEPTEMBER, fifteen days each, and tickets go on sale about a month ahead and sell out. Outside those windows the Sumo Museum is free and small, and some stables allow morning practice viewing through an agent. Chanko-nabe restaurants run all year.
