The wholesale market that replaced Tsukiji's inner market. The upper viewing deck is FREE and open to anyone from about 05:00. The lower observation window, close enough to hear the bidding, is by advance lottery. It is genuinely a 05:00 start and the restaurants upstairs are the reward.
