FREE when it happens. Ostracods light up the shoreline blue as the waves break. VAADHOO IS THE FAMOUS ISLAND but it is not reliable anywhere - it depends on the bloom, the tide and a dark moonless night, and plenty of people go looking and see nothing. Do not book a trip on the promise of it.
