A torpedoed 1942 transport lying 30m off the beach in five to thirty metres of water - one of the most accessible wreck dives in the world, and the top of it is shallow enough to SNORKEL, which most people do not realise. CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO DIVE IT; snorkelling is not. Go at first light before the day-trip buses from the south arrive.
