Toitu Otago Settlers Museum is FREE and unexpectedly good on Scottish and Chinese migration. The Chinese Garden, one of very few authentic ones outside China, charges a small amount. The Cadbury factory tour closed permanently in 2018, which catches out old guidebooks.
