Wild macaques that sit in a hot spring, which no other monkeys anywhere do. THE MONKEYS ARE IN THE WATER MOSTLY IN WINTER - in summer they are around but not bathing, which is not what people have come for. It is a 30-40 minute walk in on a forest path that is snow-covered and slippery in the season you want.
